How long after checkout will I receive my order?

Your order will be packed and sent within 2-4 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). After this there may be an additional 2-4 business days for the courier to deliver your package, depending on the area. Once your order has been picked up by a courier you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for you order so you can keep track of its progress and estimated delivery date.
Are payments secure and what options do you have?

We only use trusted payment providers to ensure a safe checkout. We allow Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa & Mastercard, American Express, Capitec Pay.
What will delivery costs be and what delivery options do you have?

Orders over R750 recieve free delivery with Pudo-to-door services. However there are a number of other delivery options that you can choose upon checkout, ranging from R80-R150.

Courier services we employ includes The Courier Guy, Pudo, Aramex, & Fedex.
